Library etiquette

The Library is a space for everyone to use, so consider others and act respectfully when using the Library. Be aware of the noise level limits in different areas of campus libraries like the silent study and quiet study zones. The university is a smoke-free and vape-free zone.  The Library Code of Conduct outlines the behaviours from which clients are asked to refrain whilst within the Library.

The Library rules supplement the Library Loans Policy and Code of Conduct for Library clients.

For concerns about noise and behaviour, see staff at the campus service point, contact the Online Librarian or Campus Safety and Security.
