Readings & Resources for Your Subject

You can access the readings your Subject Coordinator has assigned for the subject via the “Reading & Resources list” in your subject vUWS’s site. You can also search for your subject code in the Library Search box by doing an advanced search, selecting “Course Reserve and Readings” and searching for your subject code.

Reading & Resources lists will be made up of items you will be able to access digitally or may need to borrow from our Reserve collections.

Reserve Collection

Each of the Western Sydney University campus library has a Reserve collection which contains high demand resources. Reserve collection materials have different loan conditions and may only be borrowed by current Western Sydney University students & staff. Reserve collection materials must be returned to the campus library from which they were borrowed.

Subject Guides

Subject Guides are a list of quality resources created by a Librarian to assist with your research needs in a particular area. They are a great place to find the important e-resources in a particular field, and to discover lesser-known research materials.
