Service and systems outages 8th - 9th February

Don't get caught out!

A number of systems and services are undergoing scheduled maintenance from Saturday 8th to Sunday 9th February.

Please check the list below to see if you will be impacted, and plan your library visit and study accordingly.

Saturday 8th February:

  • Urgent work will be undertaken by ITDS starting at 7:00am, with different services impacted at different times for short periods including wireless access and vUWS access.  The full list is available from MyIT.
  • Printing services at Hawkesbury and Parramatta campuses will not be available from 3:30pm Saturday 8th until 11:00am Sunday 9th February.

Sunday 9th February:

  • ProQuest services will be unavailable due to world wide scheduled maintenance from 2:00pm - 8:00pm.
    • During this time, the following will be unavailable:
      • Ebook Central (including textbooks)
      • ProQuest Journals Platform (search.proquest.com)
      • Chadwyck-Healey databases
      • Refworks (New and Legacy platforms, Write-n-Cite, Citation Manager)
  • Some ITDS works will continue with short outages. Printing at Parramatta and Hawkesbury is expected to be available after 11:00am
