Hawkesbury Network Outage

ITDS has regular, scheduled IT outages to ensure improvement, upgrades and maintenance to all of our IT services to improve the digital experience for all. Regular maintenance periods are scheduled to minimise the impact on the vital operations to all students and staff.

As a result, there will be an interruption to the network at Hawkesbury that will start at 9:00pm Friday 18/01/2019 for approximately 2 hours.

During this extended outage, neither the library workstations nor the wireless will be able to use the network ither internally or to access the internet. This is only temporary and normal service will resume at the conclusion of the outage.
