If you have items that are overdue you will be blocked from borrowing or renewing your items until they are returned, and any related charges are paid.
As outlined in the table below, items that are not returned will be marked as Lost and a $125 charge will be applied.

If an item is returned damaged a $125 charge is applied. This amount may vary depending on the replacement cost of the item.
Providing a physical replacement copy of lost or damaged items, instead of the $125 charge, will be considered on a case by case basis. Any replacement must be an identical copy in good condition of same or newer edition.
Replacing a missing or damaged item incurs a non- refundable $25 processing charge.

Library notices are sent as a courtesy only. At all times, clients are responsible for the timely return of borrowed items irrespective of the receipt/non-receipt of notices. You can always check your due dates in MyLibrary
- Due Date Notification email. Sent when item reaches due date and cannot be renewed
- Monthly Borrowing Statements are sent on the 2nd of every month
- Lost loan item notifications are sent 28 days after the due date for standard items and 7 days for Reserve collection items.
- Requested item available notices are sent when the item is at the nominated pickup location.
Payment is made via OneStop.
OneStop is a secure online credit card payment service. Processed by the Library the next working day.
A printed copy of the receipt will be required if you wish to have your library record cleared immediately, or if payments are queried at a later date.
When paying Library charges, please ensure that you do not pay more than the total amount owing. No refunds are provided for over-payment.
