  • Open Access advice and assistance (including. archiving your research in ResearchDirect (research repository) where possible, especially for funder mandate compliance)
  • Metrics Data (journal impact and citation information for major grants)
  • Data description in ResearchDirect (Research Data Repository) to increase international visibility of Western Sydney University research
  • Researcher profile currency (ensuring currency of personal profiles in the research arena and keeping abreast of social media profile options)
  • Reference storage and management advice (including EndNote)
